We are seeking a skilled and experienced Esthetician to provide professional skincare services in the comfort and convenience of clients' homes. This role will be responsible for providing personalized skincare treatments, including facials, skincare consultations, and other esthetic services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Travel to clients’ homes at scheduled times, ensuring punctuality and reliability. 

  • Perform thorough assessments of clients' skin concerns, goals, and preferences. Recommend customized skincare treatments and products based on individual skin type, condition, and lifestyle factors. 

  • Administer a variety of baby-inclusive services that are tailored to clients' specific needs and preferences.

  • Utilize professional-grade skincare products and tools to deliver safe, effective, and results-driven treatments that are tailored toward postpartum women.

  • Offer guidance and education to clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and lifestyle habits to maintain healthy, radiant skin between treatments. 

  • Provide recommendations for at-home skincare regimens and product selections to support clients' skincare goals. 

  • Adhere to industry standards and best practices for hygiene, sanitation, and client confidentiality, both in clients' homes and during travel. 

  • Maintain accurate client records, including skincare assessments, treatment notes, and product recommendations, while ensuring the security and privacy of client information. 

Requirements: 

  • Valid state license or certification as an Esthetician. 

  • Completion of a recognized esthetics program from an accredited institution. 

  • Proficiency in a variety of skincare treatments and techniques, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. 

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes within a designated service area. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients in their home environment. A high level of professionalism is a must.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage appointment schedules and travel logistics effectively.
